Congratulations! You're now working with the staffing experts.
One of our top priorities is to create a positive experience for you and your employer.
If at any time you have a question or concern regarding work, please do not hesitate to E-mail, call the office, or come in and speak with your specialist directly.
Be sure to check in with your specialist once in awhile, as we will not bother you with trivial issues. If one of our specialists or employees calls you, please call back at your earliest convenience. We will try not to interrupt your day-to-day duties for your assignment, but our phone call could relate to your paycheck or next assignment.
INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ASSIGNMENTS & WORKING WITH ACCESS STAFFING, LLC.
If you have to call out of your assignment, are running late or have an immediate problem, please call us immediately; we are a 24-hour service. Some companies will request that you contact them as well, and that's okay, but please leave us a message first and foremost. When you leave a detailed message, be sure to include the following information: your staffing specialist's name, the company you are working for, the name of who you report to, your start time, what the problem is, and when you intend to return to your assignment.
A copy of our timesheet is always available to you. You can access your timesheet online at all times. You can also call us, and we will fax or E-mail it to you. Keep a copy of your acknowledged timesheet at hand, even after you have been paid, just in case.
It is your responsibility to submit your acknowledged timesheet to us on a weekly basis; the cutoff is Monday at noon. It is also your responsibility to get it signed by your supervisor. There are times where we will assist in this matter, IF you are having a problem. Please speak with payroll regarding specific procedures for official weeks that are less than 5 days in length (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, etc.).
If you would like to register for direct deposit, please fill out the downloadable form and send it to your specialist along with an actual voided check from your checking account. Please note that photocopies are not accepted. If you close your account or would like to stop using our direct deposit service, you must make a formal written request. Deposits will go into your account on Friday of every week; the time varies depending on your bank. Please be patient as it takes 2-3 weeks for your direct deposit to begin processing. You will receive a live check until your direct deposit starts.
If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding procedures and timesheets, please feel free to contact your specialist.
